What we build
The AI Operations Platform: the infrastructure on which professional services assisted by agents are delivered. Between the conversation and an organisation's systems there needs to be a layer that decides who is asking, which operation is authorised and what gets recorded. That is what we build.
How we work
We build close to those who operate. The platform is designed alongside the service that uses it in real work — today, Prufy — and that loop decides what gets formalised: operation proves what deserves to become reusable capability, not the other way around.
Who is behind it
Theia Craft was founded in 2025 by Kiyoshi Omaza, a technology risk and cybersecurity professional with experience in IT internal audit, cloud security and regulated enterprise environments. Prufy, a managed technology risk audit service, came later within the studio and is today the first service in production on the platform.
