About Theia Craft
What we build
The AI Operations Platform: the operating infrastructure on which professional services assisted by agents are delivered. Between the conversation and an organisation's systems there needs to be a layer that decides who is asking, which operation is authorised and what gets recorded. That is what we build.
How we work
We do not separate building from operating. The same organisation that designs a system keeps it running and watches how it is used in real work. That loop decides what gets formalised: operation proves what deserves to become reusable capability, not the other way around.
Who is behind it
Theia Craft has operated since 2025, founded by Kiyoshi Omaza, a technology risk and cybersecurity professional with experience in IT internal audit, cloud security and regulated enterprise environments. Prufy, a managed technology risk audit service, came later within the studio and is today the first service in production on the platform.
