Manual contract review does not scale in integration operations

In mergers and acquisitions, the legal department must review hundreds of contracts before integration. At five contracts per day with one full-time lawyer, 340 documents require 68 days. Extraction agents reduce review time by 60 to 80 per cent, leaving lawyers to validate exceptions only.
